Project Goal
The project goal was to redesign brand image, and User Experience flow, and to improve user engagement on an existing mobile application.
Increased the conversion rate and generate business plans.
Improved user engagement and retention rate.
Created a consuming system between users and business owners.
Created community bonds in dating activities.
What’s the problem?
People don’t know how to start a conversation after matching others.
How to start a conversation with a person without embarrassing yourself?
You may meet a person and find it difficult to approach her/him.
Spend a lot of time to make sure the date time and location after the match to each other.
Find a perfect time and place good for both is hard, sometimes may spend a lot of time on it .
The date place is hard to pick.

I have conducted 3 rounds of user research, which included 6 existing users of tinder, bumble, Hinge, MOMO and happen, understand what’s their pain point when using those apps.
